Adding a second Ocellaris, will they fight?

I have a single Ocellaris in my 55 (only fish in there) and would like to add another. The one that's in there has been in the tank for a week or two. Will I have any problems adding another? The one I have is about 2" and is atleast 6 months old (inheirited from a friend). I would like to est. a male/female pair. What should I look for when selecting the new one? I've had two in a tank before but added them at the same time and they were pretty small. TIA.

Just make sure the new addition is smaller than the one you currently have. They may fight for the first few days, but should settle down afterwards. WHen I added a second ocellaris last year, they didn't fight at all though. The smaller one immediately did the submissive twitching and they couldn't be seperated after.

How long has your tank been running?

I believe it's been running over a month. I had a short cycle and added a clean up crew right after. The clown (only fish) was just added about a week ago. Thanks for the response.
