Adding another stream

I want to add another tunze 6000 with single controller to my 90gal. How do I set the stream to come on when the other one shuts off?

You would use Interval mode and if you have contrroller 7094 you need to use sockets 1 and 4, if you have the 7095 it does not matter.

My controller is 7091 Is it still possible?

Yes, you could use a branch adapter and 2 timers, one on each pump, then just set the timers, I wouldn't use real short intervals but with the electronic pumps you can switch them faster, the computer kind of bypasses the brake system and corrects the rotation on its own, 15min should be OK.

Just use regular timers? Not sure if you can set a regular timer to come on every 15min or so for 24hrs? And where do they sell the branch adapter

MD should have the branch adapters in stock, I have more coming in if you wanted to order from someone else. They would be the only ones to have them right now. Check Lowes, they have some neat timers from Timex that I really like, the plug is in the center and they don't take up so much room and the digital ones and the ones with the pins I think can both do 15minutes. The unit from Corallife that is like a 6 strip with a timer on it might be perfect too, since every 15minutes you could switch from 1 to the other, the timer turns 2 sockets on when it turns two off, so it would be automated.
