Adding cleaning crew to established FO tank

Would there be any benefit to adding any type of clean up crew to an already established 120g fish only tank? Rocks tend to get algae on them every couple months even though I run carbon and GFO. Don't like having to take out the rocks every other month to clean so looking to see for a better solution.

Clean up crew helps minimize algae in the tank, so you dont half to take the rocks out for cleaning. Depending on the algae also

As long as your fish won't make a meal of these janitors then go ahead and give it a shot. Maybe start with a few large Turbo snails and see how they do for the next couple weeks or so.

Clean-up crew is primarily to handle dead fish, not algae. Algae comes from an excess of phosphate; other nutrient excess can also be a problem. A GFO reactor might give you much more relief.
