adding more clown fish

i have a 90g tank rite now i have 3 two banded clown fish (Amphiprion bicinctus).i wanna know if it would be ok to add 2 more smaller ones? the smallest one gets chased here and there and lives at the top of the tank till night time then the 3 kinda chill together i feel bad for the one if i add 2 more would it help him out. i have had the 3 for about 4 months the biggest one is about 2 1/2 inches second one is about 2 inches small one inch and a half

What would help is to remove the smallest clown and just keep the two others. They aren't going to tolerate other clownfish in their territory. Clownfish aren't like African mbuna, where adding more fish helps spread out the aggression. The rule is one pair per tank.
