adding plants ?

I would like to add some plants for my softie/lps tank. the problem is, I don't have a tang but I do have a one spot foxface and a lawnmower blennie. any plants that are safe with these fish?

Maybe a calcareous algae? It would have to be unpalatable for the fish to even want to try, so something that either produces a toxin that makes it untasty, or is too hard for the fish to crunch down on.

These are a few that I have in my tank that nobody touches. You may also be able to introduce a lot of macro at once and then they'll have so much that they can't eat it all. My blenny and hippo tang barely put a dent in my macros. Except Red Grape. They demolish that.
