adding regal and achilles to tank

i currently have in seperate QT's a 4" regal angel and 2.5" achilles tang. I plan to add to my display in few weeks and would like some opinions on how to add to minimise aggression.

current plan is to section 1/2 tank off so they have their own space for a few days before releasing them to open territory.

current tank mates are

yellow tang (very timid)
melanarus wrasse
majestic angel
small female flame angel (very agressive towards new fish) this fish is my concern
clown pair

Should i add them together to minimise the potential agression or seperately? If seperately which should i add 1st and how long between adding the 2nd fish? Holding longer in QT is not an issue for me and can do so indeinately.

Acclimation container. Lots of posts/pics of them on here, and you can build one or two pretty easily. Doesn't have to be fancy, but they do make nice acrylic ones if you can't stand to have an eye sore in the tank. I've used old peanut butter jars with holes drilled in them before for small fish, but you would want something a bit bigger. One of those little reptile critter cages would work well with some holes drilled in it.
