adding rock

I would like to add some more rock(6-10lbs)to my existing tank. I am not sure what to add, cured uncured or what not, any help would be greatful in this....thanks

It is always best to add cured rock to an existing tank. Uncured rock will have dieoff, so if you get uncured, you could set it up in a QT tank or trash can to allow the die off before adding to your main tank. If you cure in a trash can or spare tank, remember to change the water so that the curing process won't kill all the beneficial critters on the rock. Just watch ammonia/nitrite levels as you would when cycling a tank.

Personally, I'd use dry rock b/c its cheaper.

holy crap..... my english sucked in the last post.... reposting so it looks like i have a few brain cells left... as i was trying to say, thank you for your comments and information, it was what i was trying to figure out....thanks again
