Adding to the bio-load

I have been told that after the tank cycles, that although adding fish is something that should be done with patience and over time, it is OK to add certain things (Feather Dusters, Cucumbers, Clams, etc.) as much as I want because they have little to no effect on the levels, etc. Thoughts?

nope, everything will have an effect on the system. one or two things every two weeks for the first number of months would be your best bet. the exception may be snails or hermits, though even then I like to add them only a few at a time.

corals wont really add to your bioload, mostly just fishes...

go ahead and stock up on corals just not fishes
