Additional lighting ideas

This is my first post and i am relatively new to saltwater. I was running a couple of cichlid tanks for about 5 years, but gave them away when i moved out of state. I was convinced to make the switch to sw when i mentioned starting my tank again in october.
I started out with live rock, a blue spotted damsel, and an ocellaris clown after a few weeks of cycling with just food.
My original plan was to do fowlr, but the temptation of all the amazing looking coral was too much. Ive been getting little 10$ and 20$ frags and experimenting with placements, current, etc. and so far i have a good colony of pulsing xenia, mushroom polyp, 2 types of zoanthid, a frogspawn, a star polyp, a torch, candy cane, duncan, sour apple birds nest, and one i can never remember the name of that looks like a torch bred with a star.
Before i got any coral, i bought 2 of thesehttp://www.wag.com/fish/p/hagen-fluval-led-48-inch-marine-lamp-46-watt-1094566?site=CA&sku=FPS-320775&utm_source=Google&utm_medium=cpc_W&utm_campaign=GooglePLA&utm_content={adtype}&ca_sku=FPS-320775&ca_gpa={adtype}&ca_kw={keyword}&CAWELAID=500001870000021844&kpid=FPS-320775 at petco. The reviews are not fantastic from reef enthusiasts, but they were half off and so far even the birds nest seems plenty happy(1 month later).

My question is, though these lights seem to work well for all of my coral, Im not so much a fan of the color of the lights. It seems that my coral looks much better when i only have the blue "moon lights" on. Has anyone here run into this and do you have any suggestions on supplemental lighting to add more blue spectrum light without just replacing what i've got? I understand that in this hobby talking about equipment is like talking to a mechanic about tools, they typically cant comprehend why someone wouldnt own all snap on/matco, etc.. but i am on a relatively tight budgetm so im thinking in the 200$ or less category please.
