additional shipping cost?

My friends and I shop at Marinedepot quite often for reef related items, great customer services and fast shipment. However, when it come to heavy item such as chiller, salts ect... we often have to go through other online sources because they don't have the extra shipping charges.

I am just curious with the amount of shipment Marine Depot does on a daily basis, should there be a much better rate (like other online vendors) for heavier item?
