Adjusting magnus 5 skimmer

The adjustment knob on this thing does ..nothing. I have the skimmer sitting in 9in of water. The adjustment 1.2.3. and max have no effect on water level in the skimmer chamber. Any suggestions?

If you turn the red knob above the arrow, the bubbles should adjust accordingly. On mine, the closer i am to max, the bubbles go down. You probably need to have the collection cup on though.

I've left it in the max position and min position for days at a time each. There is truly no difference in the skimmer water level. Anyone else have issues?

Sounds like some kind of operator error..

I'm having to adjust the sump water level to change skimmer output but I'm at my MAX height. If I have a power failure,my sump will over flow
