Advice for catching pep shirmp

I've got a few pep shrimp I'm going to have to get out of the tank next week. (Going to another member of the forum) Any advice on certain foods to use as bait? Snowflake eel will just pull a silverside right out of the trap with no issue (based on experience) What do these guys enjoy munching on?

Hey Collin! My peppermint shrimp have always hidden pretty much, so I never got a good look at what they were eating. However I have seen them come out when I feed Rod's food. So I guess that means they eat meaty foods. Which is a problem, because I assume any meaty food you put in the trap your eel's going to get to first.

Will be interested to see if you find a solution.

My peppermint is a scallop thief. I usually have to feed it individually first before I spot feed any other coral. Not sure if your eel will dig that also, but might be worth a shot.

Peppermints are generally nocturnal. If I flick the lights late at night, I can see them. Good luck trapping them, they're notoriously sneaky. I fear you may have to tear the tank apart to get at them. Best of luck!
