Hello everyone,
I have had freshwater tanks for a few years now, was doing well until hurricane sandy wiped out power in my neighborhood for almost a month and everything died. Restarted one of my freshwater tanks and am looking to make the other one into my first marine aquarium. Am looking to do live rock with some fish and perhaps some beginner corals.
As I know this is a very costly hobby, Ive been reading up on it a lot with books, and just wanted some advice for where to start, how to best go about things, and the best equipment you folks suggest.
My tank is 29 gallons, with the standard dimensions 30" x 12" x 18".
I know its not suggested to start small, but this is the most I can do right now and would love to start a mini reef.
I would appreciate all the help you guys can give.
Thank you in advance.
