Advice for my new setup plans?

Hello all. I am planning a new setup and looking for some ideas. The goal is a mixed reef. Loaded with Nano fish like Pom-Pom crabs, anemone shrimp, fire shrimp, cleaner shrimp, blennies, gobies, etc The tanks are for sure but everything else is just an idea for now. I need some suggestions on everything. Especially the skimmer. And whatever you can think of to build a perfect setup. What kind of filtration/media for a heavy bioload?

40 Breeder display w/ DIY overflow.
custom stand with 10 inches of extra space, closed back, and a side door
40 Breeder sump/fuge
36" Marineland Double bright LED fixture (trial)
Vortech MP10- possibly
Controller- probly reefkeeper lite.
T'd off drain with a flow meter and valve for fuge. How big?
fuge chamber- DSB & Chaeto, mangroves. Should I build a plenum?
LR rubble chamber
skimmer-?????Need recommendations on a skimmer. oversized please.
filter media chamber
return pump-??? something quite!

I have not used media reactors on my other tanks with no problems. Its so much easier to through a bag of chemipure and purigen in the sump. I use a UV sterilizer on my 120 but probly will not on the 40 unless I have a problem down the road.

The first thing I did when I started my 40b was read 40g build logs. To get ideas,tips
and general census what equip. is size/compatible.

My tank consist of:
40g dt
20h sump skimmer>fuge>return
65pds marco rocks
36" NEP
2 K2s
RKL
2 jager 150w heater
mag 9.5-return
3/4 scwd
Octopus 110 nwb rc skimmer

And am pleased with choices.
