Advice for Plumping a Multi-Tank System with a Manifold

Hi people,

I'm about to finish my work on my manifold and plumping but wondering if this drawing works safely.

Both fish-only and mangrove tanks have 3 holes at the bottom to use for drain. Main tank will use BeanAnimal drain method. Any input will be appreciated.

Looks like it will probably work. But it looks like a tuning/maintenance nightmare. Why so many separate tanks?
