advice needed on Acan lighting

Not sure if anyone can help, but I figured I would ask the question. I have two acan 18" units. I bought them about 6 years ago, but was out of the hobby after Sandy, and just set them up now. They have three light strips, with the middle one being the white LED's. On one of the fixtures, when the lights go out at night, there are four white LED's in a row that stay on, but very dim (everything else is off). Sometimes they flicker a little. But during the day, they are bright and do not flicker. I know Acan is out of business. Is this light is safe, and does anyone know any place that repairs LED fixtures? These lights were expensive, and I never really got any use out of them and I can't afford a comparable replacement anytime soon. The other fixture operates perfectly. Any advice will be appreciated.
