Advice needed urgently re: hyposalinity treatment

Greetings all at RC,
I'm treating my tank with hyposalinity for Crypt. It has been at 15 ppt for the past several days. My Randall's goby is not doing well, floating upwards - so I caught him and placed him in a pH, temp adjusted, fresh water dip with bubbler.
Question:
Should I put him in a quarantine tank with hypo some more at 15 ppt or can I put him in QT with more "normal" ppt near 30?
Your advise is greatly appreciated!
Jamie

Anytime you are changing the water parameters drastically you must acclimate the fish to the new environment. Salinity that is something that you can drop somewhat quicker, but raising it is a different story. Just throwing the goby in the QT will not work, drip acclimate him like you would when adding a new fish, but do it over the process of at least an hour or two.
