Advice on best way to NUKE entire system!

I didn't raise my kid right now he is 16 dropped out of high school , knocked up his girfriend and is addicted to drugs. Today I found out he was running a meth lab in my basement. I killed him and knocked up my old lady. I think I can do better this time.....Just kidding...I like challenges. It makes me sad to know that so much life is about to get nuked. There is away to fix this without killing everything. It is your creation

I see that you want to do more to your tank that remove the aptasia, but if you change your mind I want to keep it running I would get one or two Acreichthys tomentosus fish, they will eat the aptasia but the might also nip at some corals.

not always a guarantee. I bought two of them figuring one would have to eat the pests. They both literally just stare at them almost like they are waiting for the other one to take the first bite. I ended up throwing 5 peppermint shrimp in my tank and while I never see the shrimp....I also don't see the aiptasia either.

thank you for the correction....I've been scratching my head trying to figure that one out. :p

Yeah, you would have one fat CBB! I like the Berghia idea. Spend $100 for berghia. In 60 days you will have a clean tank and $1000 worth of berghia!

Not only do you save yourself form having to move everything, kill everything and potentially screw something up and accidentally killing your fish, but you make a sweet profit in just 2 months!

you can remove the fish and anything you want to save, and fill teh tank with lemon juice. i read that it will burn the aptasia and it won't come back.

Dam, I got a a few Aptasia in my tank and your pix are freaking me out!:worried2: How long did it take for your tank to get that way? I've tried a CBB, and a filefish, but none of them ate the Aiptasia! :thumbdown Going to place an order for some Nudi's when I can!

Been through this once also. Yours is extreme. Personally I'd leave the fish in there and hypo the tank. You'll still have good bacteria in the rock you won't have to catch the fish and it'll take out any algae you may have tucked away in the rock work. I've done this multiple times for ich attacks in my FOWLR. Good luck, Jerry.

Im going to do the same thing to my tank tonight I have a 90 gall. Im gunna order 50lbs of all new rock take some of the rock i have and move it to a 30 gallon tank. drain the tank dry the rock and wash the sand. put new rock into the tank let the tank cycle. I too have them all in my sump, all in my overflow everywhere. and I dont want to go with pepperments again because I want something that will definitly work.
