something has been reaking havoc on both my tanks for the last couple months. it started out as what looked like regular stn. but some are starting to look like something is munching on them from the bottom up.
It started in my frag tank, and has now spread into my display tank! all corals were dipped in brightwell medi-coral before being introduced to or transfered from tank to tank.
I have not been able to visually see any flatworms. Today I pulled the latest victim out of the tank and mashed around on the affected area. I could see tons of translucent, almost microscopic creatures running out of the dead tissue. could these just be juvenile pods eating the dead tissue? or a parasite? should I treat my tanks with flatworm exit to be on the safe side? someone please help me figure out whats going on here. I have lost way too many pieces so far, and things arent getting any better!

Well, that is somewhat of a relief that it doesnt look like typical AEFW damage! Any clues of what could causes this type of damage? What about the tiny critters i saw scrambling?

There's plenty of flow. The polyps were retracted because i had it out of the water inspecting it. The corals in the DT will be fully extended and growing, then receding the next day.
