Aerate RO/DI water?

I was reading in a forum where someone was saying that RO/DI water had to be aerated in their mixing can while the salt was dissolving. Is this in addition to a circulation pump or does that do the trick also?

The circulation pump will aerate the water for you so you don't have to do anything additional.

I think it is best to aerate if you can so you know the water is highly oxygenated. If you store your RO/DI in non sealed containers it should be circulated and aerated.
