African Flameback Angel Not Looking Well

My African Flameback Angel is not looking well. He has two spots on his side that are white and puffy...almost looks like his scales are going to rip off as they are raised around the whitish looking part. What is this? Is there any food or reef-safe medicine that I can treat him with to make it better? Will it spread to the other fish? He doesn't seem to have labored breathing and he still eats good but today he looks the worst I've seen him.

Here's a pick of him (it's not very good but taking clear pictures of a fast moving fish isn't exactly an easy thing)...
