After Aclimation?

I have a mantis that I am aclimating right now, and I forgot 1 thing...How do I get it out of the bucket and into the tank when done. May sound stupid, but with all else I either pick it up or use a net to transfer. Help me out.

I actually was going to use my hand, but as I was putting it in the bucket, not quite into the water, 2 eyes came looking at my fingers, and a flare up like I have never seen before. Needless to say, out came the net and everyone came out ok with no wounds..lol
