After Hypo

After bringing the quarantine tank out of hypo is it ok to use the tank with the same water again to quarantine fish?

Has the tank cycled? How long has it been fallow? Was the last thing in there fish or coral? I use mine but my QT has been cycled for 8 months. After TT I observe my fish in the QT for 2 months then move into the main. Pretty safe bet the QT is ok after that.
