aggressive coral garden?

the real fishman

i am looking to setup a new reef tank, however im a huge lover of aggressive preds, more specifically triggers. would it be worth trying to keep a picasso or undy trigger in a reef? im sure i would have to put up with nipping here and there but could i get away with it if i keep him well fed? has anyone ever tried a similar combination out? or would it turn into a massacre?

thanks in advance for all your opinions

I do not have any triggers but I do have a dogface. I know it is part of Tofur's natural diet to eat SPS to keep his teeth/beak filed down. So I buy plating monti's for him to munch on. I do not have a reef setup but I would only imaging that triggers would behave in the same manner. I usually buy a 3" or 4" frag to put in the tank for him, he loves the green eyed cup coral (only eats the eyes), Montipora capricornis (green) but wont touch the ORA orange or green? So I think it is just a hit or miss as to what they like and don't like.

Well I was planning on a mainly LPS setup. I may give it a go with a picasso trigger

I do recall a few years ago a member who had a picaaso in a large reef tank, not sure how successful it was long term, but if I can keep he's teeth trimed down and well Fed I might have a chance
