agressive true perc

i just got this guy over the weekend. i have him in a NC24 with a helfrichi firefish. the firefish has been in the NC24 first. approx 3 weeks. At first it was showing that they would get along great. Yesterday proved otherwise, he(clown) started to chase and nip at the firefish. the firefish is bigger than the clown. any one have any ideas y he would be showing aggression?

yea that was what happend at the beginning. the true perc kinda scoped out the nano and then meet up with the helfrichi. started to swim together throughout the day sat. then come sunday, the helfrich is just hanging out in his cave. every time he comes out, the trueperc chases him around. i noticed that the tail of the helfrich is all torn up. i've yet to see the perc bite him but chasing i've witnessed. maybe i got an evil perc?

I know a local reefer who has a clown that will draw blood from his hand when he puts it in the tank. The can develop a very agressive personality.

LOL. yeap... homeboy is out and into a qt for now. he destoryed the helfrich's fins... that bastard. o well. time to either sell him or start him his own tank. too bad you can't discepline him...
