AI Prime settings and schedule?

I have a 13 gallon globe tank, with a diameter (height) of 16 inches. I have an AI Prime on it, but not quite sure what I should do for my settings. Right now, I have it ramping up from 12:00 to 1:00 PM to 6500K at 40% intensity, and then it moves to 15000K at 40% intensity by 8:00 PM and ramps down to just blue light by 10:00 PM. Is this a good setting?
I've had the lights at this for about a month and haven't noticed much coral growth. I have zoas, GSP, a duncan, and a trumpet coral.

What do you guys have for your settings on these lights?

Could this explain why my corals aren't opening? What par should I shoot for? I'm planning on adding SPS soon.

For long term success with SPS, you'll likely need at least the blues somewhere north of 60%, shooting for PAR values 250-400. Those numbers aren't easy to reach with a Prime.

Don't fret though, the Prime should be sufficient for your tank size. You may need to find a PAR meter to borrow to get your levels right. I borrowed one from my LFS.
