Wow... this is absolutely absurd and unacceptable. If the guy is selling frags, then he is fine and well. This means there are no excuses for not responding. I think it's time to involve the police. This matter has dragged far too long.
 
If you know his address or his business address, you have all you're text messages, emails and conversation on here. Print them out and go to your local PD and file a report, and have them contact his local PD and they should do something about it. You're a true reefer you have the patience to wait this long.
 
It truly amazes me that people with high number of posts and a reputation at stake will still cheat someone out of their hard earned money. If you were away on business I'm sure you could find a place and time to go online and refund their money. This just makes it that much harder for people to have the peace of mind when buying livestock and goods from other reefers! People these days...

And the drama continues... I got the money, transferred it from my PapPal account to my bank account, and now it has been reversed??? So my PP has a negative balance of $380.00! Hopefully this has to do with his bank, and not him...

This is longer than the Korean drama lol. I really think this dude should be banned from selling things at RC.
 
If it reversed from your paypal that means he back charged it on his card! Definitely take it up with Paypal and let them know what's going on so they can investigate him. Horrible situation and I'm sorry you guys had to deal with him! Shouldn't he be banned from RC completely rather than just from selling? But that probably wont stop him from opening up another account under a fake alias. :(

man... money has been refunded and he will get it before i had a closed bank and credit card account linked to my paypal i dont always use paypal most transaction i do is local y cuz i dont like shipping stuff cuz i know myself my schedule isnt stable and dont know when im busy or need to go away rite when i got bak i already gave david the option of wanting the light or me to refund and i told him i didnt have the light and need to get it again from robert and i havent had time to go to neptunes yet if u dont believe u can ask robert when was last time i went to neptunes and no im not here to rip ppl off and not to say ripping someone off for 380 bucks
