aiptasia and majanos

Ok, i see several people asking and saying there is a difference between these two, but no one posts pictures to clarify.

anyone have pictures of these?

He identifies majanos that look like miniature dark green BTAs..

aiptasia (glass anemone) is usually clear, in his pictures it has a greenish tint to it I believe from surrounding things in his tank.

Both don't always look like this or in our tanks we have cousins that are similar- some have stripes, some get to be the size of your fist, others stay really small.

Typically if its in your tank and you didn't put it there neither are really good to have in your tank if you're trying to keep corals and other animals from being stung.

Yeah mojanos usually have fatter more curly tentacles.

IME it depends on the color variation they are, the green and brown tend to have a bubble tip.
