My female has a aiptasia growing on her side. Has this happen to anyone before? i was going to take it off the a tweezers. oh yea my males pregnancy was a false alarm!
Never had aiptasia in a seahorse tank but for sure, don't try to remove it in the display tank. Do in in a container of water removed from the tank that can be disposed of afterwards.
If there is damage to the aiptasia upon removal you don't want any spores (for lack of a better word) remaining in the tank water to spread the pest even more.
