have a squamosa with two small aiptasia on the shell one is within close range to the mantle/skin should it be a problem it doesn't touch right now that I can tell don't have very many in my system
what should I do?

You could try and scrape the aiptasia off, but any little bits of the aiptasia that escape or remain will become little aiptasias..

You could also dose the aiptaisa with a nice thick kalkwasser slurry :)

meltdown!

in time it will irritate the clam. put the clam in a small bowl of tank water and scrape as much of the aiptaisa off as you can then put the clam back but dont put the water from the bowl back

I would do the scrub as suggested. If the clam is bigger than 3 inches I would consider a freshwater dip also. Not the 10 minute type maybe 2 or 3 minutes. What does everybody else think?
