Berghia are the best reef-safe method of Aiptasia control...they're pricey but if you get enough of them they work well (make sure your tank is free of potential Berghia predators like most Wrasses'...they make an expensive snack). Another less reef-safe option is a Klein's Butterfly fish. This fish is an Aiptasia eating MACHINE!!! I bought a small one for my BC29 and within a week it cleaned my tank of Aiptasia...and I had A LOT of Aiptasia. The only drawback is it will occasionaly nip at corals...didn't touch my zoo's but did nip at my lobophyllia and an acan. I guess it all depends on how bad your problem is and what you're willing to live with to get rid of them
