aiptasia?

I've had my 40 gallon tank set up for a few months now, I have a clown in there and fairy wrasse, along with some zoas/palys. Today I noticed some small, clear tentacles poking out of a hole in my live rock. I'm concerned it might be aiptasia, but I'm not sure...so far, it's pretty small and the only one that I have seen. Any input or advice?
The picture isn't great because the thing is so small and barely poking out of the rock, but if it is a pest I want to kill it quickly. You can see it dead center of the shot, right below the the little fan worm tube.

i had a single apstasia polyp settled at the base one of my acropora and easily handled it by making a concentrated paste of kalkwasser and dabbing it over the mouth and body. the same can be done in-tank by using a hypodermic needle and injecting kalk into the mouth.

if you go that route, turn your pumps/power heads off or the kalk will go everywhere.

This works like a champ...zap it and forget it. Actually you don't need to inject the Aiptasia itself, you just need to cement over top of it, they retract very fast. No big deal though, just cover it over.
