Air bubbles on eyes?

I have 2 Bangaii Cardinals that have been in quarantine for about a month now (along wiht a flame angel). One of them has developed an "air bubble" on each eye right above (on) the "pupil." This has not spread to the other fish and it has had it for all of the time I have had it for all I know as I am not sure if it developed this after I bought it or just didn't notice it before. Any ideas?

I should also add that this is not a huge inflated eye, they are air bubble in a glass of soda sized air bubbles that have not gotten any bigger since I noticed them about 2 weeks ago.

About 4 monts ago, my 5in french angel developed that in one eye. The eye remained clear, and the bubble got bigger, then would shrink again. Since the eye was not cloudy, I did not treat. Eventually after about 2 weeks it went away on its own.
