Air bubbles

Have a 120 gal fowlr just changed plumbing to all pvc have dual chamber wet dry filter with live rock and have millions of tiny air bubbles making water look cloudy have tried everything to stop it but nothing seems to be working any suggestions would be greatly appreciated Thanks

If you have any leaks in the PVC that are above water, including the siphon break at the top, it will suck air in and spit it out into your tank.

have dual overflows with durso pipes with a vavle on the top of the pipes but my return pipes into the DT have a small hole in each 90 do I need these holes because I tried plugging them and I got a vortex in the tank by the heads if so I will deal with the vortex and by new 90's if that will make the bubbles go away Thanks
