air bubbles

is it bad to have large air bubbles under the rocks?

also have lots of tiny bubbles on the rocks

Those large bubbles are just pockets of air that is trapped for the time being. Eventually they'll work themselves out. (rise) The small bubbles on the rocks, glass etc is probably just oxygen being produced through photosynthesis. (normal)
 
As stated either oxygen from photosynthesis or nitrogen gas from the denitrification process
Both good..
Or just trapped air from setting up the rocks/tank that hasn't worked its way out yet..
all fine..
