Air Circulation Question

[NaCL H2O StL]

Looking for opinions for air flow:

• 150w Metal Halide

• T5 Lighting

QUESTION:
Using an add-on fan, should the air flow blow away from, or across/into these light fixtures?

When I had one I had the fan blowing across the tank to blow warm air away from water. Air movement over the water will help cool the water but adds to more evap.

Yeah, I have mine blowing across the water also.

I would think in a canopy situation i would do a one side pushing air across the water with another pulling it out of the canopy probably toward the top. JMO
