Air in reactor

I have a two little fishies reactor that I'm using to run carbon. I unhooked the pump side tube to pump some water out of the tank and then reconnected it. Now there are some bubbles inside the reactor that are making noise. Is there an easy way to clear them or do I have to take it all apart?

You can try just cracking the cylinder to let the air escape. They should work themselves out after a bit though.

if you have the little valve on the output, try closing it fully, then elevating the outlet hose to let any air rise, then opening the valve on the output with the hose still elevated.

sometimes that helps purge the air that gets trapped in there, just be careful not to hose yourself down.
