Alage Question?

I 90 gallon tank is being attacked by green algae!! What do I do to get rid of it. My tank has been set up for over 2 months. My LFS thinks it is due to high phosphate. Any feedback would be great!

do you use rodi water, how long are your lights on? if you keep them on for 8 hours or so cut i donw to 6. wha type of snils do you have. anyways an algae bloom is normal also , can be kep under control with that i said before. oh yea also is in in direct contact with sunlight?

in addition to what saltymight asked and what your LFS asked, what are your phosphate levels? Do you run any type of phosphate remover? are you feeding heavily, espicially frozen foods? - they contain high levels of phosphates.
