alarm reset

how do i clear the alarm ?

i have been trying to find out how to clear for the last hour

1. check all inputs: are the unused (if present) disabled?
2. check level control - if there was a time overdue click "reset alarm"

From the Controller,

If you control down, and select level, your first selection will be Reset Error.

the problem is i have all the alarms turned off and still get the alarm

most likely level leakage set by mistake or something similar.

It would be very helpful when an alarm is triggered if the controller identified which parameter was causing the alarm.

chadfarmer - can you let me know how you fixed this? I seem to also be having the same issue and cannot find what is triggering this alarm. From what I can tell, the all alarms are disabled.

i have an ex model and didnt disable the orp

I sorted this out today with email support, you are correct disable the ORP or put the null plug on the back
