Alarm Sounding and will not stop...

Purchased four months ago 2 Streams (6100) and 1 controller (7095). They have worked fine in my 180g SPS tank until this weekend. One shut down then the second in a matter of hours. Followed the thread on this forum on how to service them and pulled them apart and cleaned. Re-installed and still the irritaitng alarm sound....

Where do I return these units to get repaired or can someone provide some tech support to see if I can fix them here at home. Is there any new upgraded parts for these units? These units were quite expensive and I expected the German engineering to be better than this....

I don't know that this is any commentary on engineering, even a Mercedes needs an oil change. I would double check that the parts referred to as the upper bearing and magnetic rotor in the manual are free spinning on one another and not fouled by lime. If this doesn't solve it I suspect that something is wrong with the electronics but for two pumps to fail is extremely unusual. I would suspect a simple mechanical cause like calcium blockage. Provided the damage is not caused by water or power surge it would be warranty and they would need to be sent in to:

We generally can complete a repair within 24hrs of receipt. No parts have changed in the past 4 months.

The Nano Streams won't be out until September for the base models, December for the controllable model.
