what does the alarm mean?

after moving to the other settings it stop..whats the problem..

First time i heard that alarm

The alarm is a warning that the pump is not working properly, in the blue box their is a speaker. When running slow the least drag can hang up the pump so the alarm is more sensitive, it could have just been air in the pump or maybe you overlooked the center hole in the magnet or the upper bearing when you cleaned, these parts are critical to the cooling and lubrication and are the most frequent cause of an alarm.

Ok Roger , i notice that if i move the setting to fast between Pluse ,interval 1,2 and sequential the alarm sound if i repeat it...

This can also be an electrical glitch if the cable isn't firmly attached or was plugged in to the controller when the pump was powered but otherwise the above causes cover all the bases.
