Algae Ack

I have a 24gallon Aqua pod and I have to clean glass everyday due to algae!! ARG It is all stock besides I added another maxijet 900 for more flow and it has PC lights. Parameters test fine a little high on nitrate but not bad and temps are fine. HELP I have a 130 gallon reef that is 5 years old zero problems from the get go but set up 24 two weeks ago used sand, water and rock from mature reef and within a week I have algae ARG What do you use to control the algae until tank gets totall cycled
