I know of a zeovit user that lost all his fish to ich in a week and had his corals turn pale during that time as well (they looked like yours). He than started dosing nitrate to his tank (I think it was Kaliumnitrate) and phosphate as well, because the bacteria were taking up all nutrients from the water so there was none left for the corals (actually the zooxanthellae).
I think it would be saves to just add fish, but don't know how long your corals will survive so if it would be wise to add nitrates and phosphates manually until you can add fish. I have very little experience with zeovit myself, but know that you are always balancing on the edge with that system.
