Algae growing on acro

So I recently bought a small colony of pale green acro, and I've just noticed that it seems like small bits of brown microalgae are growing on some of the tips. I have another acro frag that is doing marvelously, so I'm not sure what the problem exactly is. The piece is in really high flow, so that's not a problem. My alk is at 9.6 and calcium is 440. Magnesium is at 1280 (maybe a bit low?). My nitrates are at about 3 ppm and my phosphates are at .08 ppm. I just changed my GFO today and I run carbon too. Any thoughts?

The tips are likely burned from either an alkalinity shift or improper acclimation to lighting. The algae is growing on the dead/bare skeleton portion. You can cut the tips or leave it be. My acropora typically encrust over any dead skeletal part in a few weeks.
