This Algae taking over rocks need help id

I have this velvety slimey globular algae

It grows on the rocks thick and will grow right over corals and doesn't just blow off the rock with a turkey baster like cyano will. I had to intensely scrub it off with a tooth brush

I have very high flow in the tank and when I scub this off it's like sediment aswell under the algae

I run have started running rowaphos but have had a fuge with chaeto phosphate is .01-undetectable on tests prior to adding the GFO idk how to rid my system of it... It kicked off after doing a 20gal water change with fritz salt vs my normal IO

Interesting..
Can you snap one more pic without the blue lights on?
what about nitrates?
type of lighting?

Lighting is Ati t5

Unfortunately can't turn off the blue as my bulbs are

3 B+, 1 purple + 1 Aqua blue special and 1 fiji pink

Maybe a type of leathesia ??

Maybe is more of a sponge?

Can you pull a rock out and get a better pic?

I can how should i take the pic? In a deli cup with water? Dry?

It's not a sponge it releases bubbles by the end of the day

I cleaned 99% off the rock yesterday but saved a patch to be able to take pics for people

My friend JW of two guys corals also believes it is a bacteria and I should put a UV on my system. I have roughly 120-140gallons actual water volume how big of a uv should I use?
