Time to play "name that algae"! I have quit a bit of this stuff in the tank. Its on much of the rocks and even a polyp. Actually not sure if the one on the polyp is the same kind or a different kind. I looked on the forum for pic IDs, but Im still trying to decide which one. I think its either bryopsis or derbesia. I also have bubble algae. What are the best ways to get rid of these? Thank you!

It's definitely hair algae, but it could be Bryopsis, Derbesia, or Vaucheria. Tough to determine which just by looking at the photos, they're all pretty similar.

most hair algae has toxins in it such as tuttle hair algae, your best bet would be to remove the rock out of your tank, you can put the rock in a bucket of water with out no light for a couple of week and hope that the algae dies. you can speed up the process by pour boiling hot water but the plant will decompose fast so you have to leave it out of the main tank, be sure to let it soke in a tub of water at lease 2 weeks and wash off the rock well before adding back to you main tank.
