Algae or animal?

So, I think this looks more animal, but am not sure.

It's red, seems to move slightly, and looks a bit luminescent.

Anyone?????

If it has a somewhat soft, almost jelly like consistency, I have it too. It spreads slowly so hasn't posed a real threat, but I would love to know what it is also
