Algae scrubber?

I just added a Rubbermaid 50 gallon to upgrade my sump to hold more live rock & added a 75g to the system for frags. I also replaced my Mag24 with a reeflo hammerhead, my mag just couldn't handle the head pressure, huge upgrade. Anyways, I've got a RO 200 Extreme skimmer that does a great job, I have very little algae, if any at all. However, with my extra space in the sump I am considering throwing in an algae scrubber. What are your thoughts on plumbing this in, even though I don't NEED it could it still help my water quality?

Yeah I've read a lot of the FAQ on them. I guess I'm just looking to hear some personal experience with adding a scrubber to and already very clean system running a skimmer . Just looking to see what some additional benefits may be.

You might want to post directly on that thread for better visibility. But one benerit would probably be increase pod populations.
