Algae turf scrubber and Flukanazole

I would think it would be a good idea. I believe whatever algae you have growing on the screen will also die. Best thing is to try to keep it wet somehow with saltwater outside the main tank until you put it back online.
That's what I'm thinking..Your ats isnt working well if you need fluconazole..

Certainly agree with the point I think you are making but not sure I agree overall. GHA once established seems to be able to survive without many nutrients. Getting them under control is certainly important to stop it coming back but my experience was that after I did that I needed Fluconazole to eradicate what I had. Some Money Cowries also helped enormously to mow down the then struggling GHA.
