Has anyone even seen an algae that resembles a feather or fern. It is growing on a staghorn coral frag that rtned. I'm about to remove the frag but I thought it was strange. It is growing out of normal hair algae.
Sounds kinda like briopsis, or feather chalearpa, algae but as he said a picture is worth a thousand (well for him 42)words. There is a great link on here with algae id photos, I will see if I can locate it I think I have it saved on all this somewhere!!
